No other continent on earth has captivated hunters’ hearts as has Africa, for no other continent can boast the richness or diversity of game, or the uniqueness in hunting experience. The “dark” continent, with its myriad of ecosystems and biotypes has been the “Mecca” for big game hunters for more than 200 years. The Hunting Consortium offers a full range African safari options in 16 African countries and our staff has personally hunted and or visited every concession, area, and African hunting destination we recommend.
The number and variety of species found in Asia is rivaled only by Africa. Asia is home to more species of sheep and goats than all other continents of the world combined, as well as to huge deer, bear, and a variety of antelope. We intimately know all of our Asian hunting destinations. From the desert mountains of Persia, through the wind swept steppes of Mongolia, to the bamboo forests of Manchuria, this region has lured adventurers since Marco Polo reported of his travels in the Middle Kingdom more than 700 years ago.
This fascinating continent is home to the largest rain forest in the world, the Amazon, as well as some of the highest and most remote mountain ranges. An interesting variety of big game is found in South America, but much of it is now protected, due to excessive market hunting and enormous loss of habitat. Species such as as, spectacled bear, marsh deer, pampas deer, two species of huemul, and the jaguar are all unique to this continent – all are now protected. Nevertheless, it is still possible to hunt cougar, whitetail deer, two species of brocket deer and two species of peccary.
Hunting in North America offers a diverse and thrilling experience, showcasing some of the most popular hunts on the continent. Among the highlights are the majestic elk hunts in the Rocky Mountains, prized for their challenging terrain and the sheer size of the animals. Whitetail deer hunting, particularly in the Midwest, is a favorite for its accessibility and the abundance of trophy bucks. In the expansive wilderness of Canada and Alaska, moose hunting stands out, attracting hunters with the allure of pursuing one of the largest land mammals. Additionally, waterfowl hunting along the Mississippi Flyway and upland bird hunting for species like pheasants and quail provide varied and dynamic opportunities for enthusiasts. These hunts not only promise adventure but also the chance to immerse oneself in the stunning natural landscapes of North America.

Europe is arguably the most interesting tourist destination in the world! On no other continent has hunting reached such a level of sophistication as it has in Europe. For hundreds of years hunting was the sport of kings, reserved for the privileged few. It is in Europe that our worldwide hunting heritage and culture have reached their most advanced states. The most advanced techniques of game management and selective breeding have been developed in Europe and the extraordinary trophy quality available now in Europe is a testament to this scientific approach.

Hunting in the South Pacific is so enjoyable, not so much because of what species are available to be hunted, as for where they are hunted. The South Pacific is arguably the most beautiful region on earth. White sand beaches and tropical rain forest give way to vast uninhabited stretches of Eucalyptus forest and great snow-capped mountain ranges. Friendly, hospitable people, treat their guests to great food, comfortable lodging and entertainment in a warm, relaxed atmosphere, which has made this region famous since Captain Cook and his sailors first reported about it 200 years ago.The Hunting Consortium has been arranging hunts in the South Pacific since 1978.
